Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We proudly serve customers globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Casual Wear Hub. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging if possible

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Underwear
  • Bras
  • Socks & Hosiery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange
  2. Wait for approval – our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return to the address provided with your RMA (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Keep your tracking number until your return is processed

Important: Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please do not send returns to our business address without prior authorization.

Return Shipping

You may use any shipping carrier of your choice to return items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is received and processed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return and replacement at no cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
