• Free Shipping: Carrier: EMS | Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment | Available on orders over $50

International Orders

We serve customers globally, excluding Asia and select remote areas. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Condition of Items

All returned items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging if possible

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Package your items securely
4. Ship your return to the address provided (return shipping at customer’s expense)
5. Keep your tracking number until your return is processed

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
